Storage and transport
Our products are manufactured, stored and transported under rigorous hygienic-sanitary supervision, so that they reach the shop windows in the perfect condition to be consumed. All products are carefully analyzed in the internal laboratory, using state-of-the-art equipment.
For better hygiene safety, all packaging / thermoforming lines have been equipped with ultraviolet lamps.
Safety and quality
As we are particularly concerned about consumer safety, significant investments have been made in order to assure a double check for foreign bodies. Thus, each filling and packaging / thermoforming line is equipped with metal detectors.
Clean label products
„'Clean label' has been a concept in Europe for many years, and has been on the rise lately thanks to growing consumer demand for transparency and simplicity in food labeling.
The production of healthy foods involves higher costs, and the investments we have made focused on implementing this concept, which involves reducing the number of additives and synthetic substances, which we have replaced with natural substances.
In 2007, the HACCP systems (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) have been implemented, obtaining also the Sanitary Veterinary Authorization for intra-community exchanges.
In 2009 a new ISO 22000_2005 Food Safety Management System was implemented, abandoning the old ISO 9001_2000 standard. Regarding the ISO 22000 standard, starting with 2020 it has been updated with the latest existing version, ISO 22000_2018.
In 2015, the IFS Food Food Quality and Safety Assurance Standard was implemented, obtaining a “Higher Level” score.
